What RealityOS receives

When you use Sign in with ChatGPT, RealityOS receives the email address associated with the authenticated session and may receive your profile name. We normalize the email address and use it to maintain one RealityOS account, protect your saved history, and associate purchases and credits with the correct account.

Reframes and account records

When you submit a situation, RealityOS stores the submitted text, the completed output, request and generation status, creation time, and the credit event associated with the reframe. This makes your private reframe history available across authenticated sessions and prevents a retry from consuming a second credit.

Ordinary operational logs record identifiers, model name, latency, outcome, token usage when available, and credit source. They are designed not to contain complete situation text.

Payments

Stripe processes Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, disputes, and billing-portal activity. RealityOS stores Stripe customer, Checkout, payment, invoice, subscription, price, amount, currency, and fulfillment identifiers needed for billing and audit. RealityOS does not receive or store complete card numbers, CVCs, or complete payment credentials.

How service providers are used

OpenAI model services process submitted situations to generate a RealityOS result. Stripe processes payments. ChatGPT Sites provides hosting, authenticated-user headers, and D1 storage. Each provider handles data under its own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Saved inputs and outputs remain in your history until you delete an entry, clear history, or complete an account-data deletion request. Account, security, webhook, transaction, refund, dispute, and tax records may be retained as reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, and enforcement.

Sensitive information and safety

Do not enter payment-card details, passwords, authentication secrets, or information you are not authorized to share. Do not use RealityOS or ChatGPT Sites to process Protected Health Information. RealityOS is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals.
